Welcome to ShortPlay! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ShortPlay mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by ShortPlay Entertainment ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Service, you confirm that:

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools
• Circumvent or manipulate our security measures

5. Content and Intellectual Property

By posting content (comments, reviews, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our Service.

5.3 Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content infringes your copyright, please contact us at copyright@shortplay.tv with the required information under the DMCA.

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Premium Services

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Our current pricing and billing terms

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play). Manage your subscription through your app store settings.

6.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store. Contact Apple or Google for refund inquiries.

7. Virtual Currency and Purchases

Our Service may include virtual currency ("Coins") for accessing premium content:

• Coins have no real-world monetary value
• Coins are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Unused Coins may expire as stated in the app
• We reserve the right to modify Coin pricing

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Create risk or legal exposure for us

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• That defects will be corrected
• The Service will meet your requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHORTPLAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShortPlay and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

12.2 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ShortPlay regarding the Service.

13.3 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

13.4 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
