Download the ShortPlay app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and tap "Sign Up." You can register using your email address, or sign in with your Google or Apple account for faster registration.
Subscriptions are managed through your app store account. For iOS: Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > ShortPlay > Cancel. For Android: Go to Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions > ShortPlay > Cancel. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
Video playback issues are usually related to internet connection. Try: 1) Check your internet connection, 2) Close and reopen the app, 3) Clear the app cache in Settings, 4) Update to the latest app version. If problems persist, contact our support team.
Coins can be purchased through the app. Tap "Me" > "My Wallet" > "Buy Coins" to see available packages. Coins are used to unlock premium episodes. Once purchased, Coins are non-refundable and expire according to our terms of service.
Yes! Premium subscribers can download videos for offline viewing. Tap the download icon on any episode to save it to your device. Downloaded content is available in "My Downloads" and will expire after 30 days or when your subscription ends.
To delete your account: Go to "Me" > "Settings" > "Account" > "Delete Account." You'll be asked to confirm your decision. Note that account deletion is permanent and you'll lose all your data, including purchased Coins and watch history.
Refunds are processed through the app store where you made your purchase. For App Store purchases, visit Apple's support page. For Google Play purchases, visit Google Play's support. Refund eligibility depends on each platform's policies.
ShortPlay is available in over 50 countries worldwide. If the app is not available in your country's app store, it may be due to regional restrictions. We're continuously expanding our availability to new regions.
