How do I watch videos on ShortPlay?
Simply open the app, browse or search for a series on the Home or Theater screen, and tap any episode to start watching. Free episodes are available immediately; locked episodes require coins or a VIP subscription.
How do I purchase coins or VIP?
Go to your Profile tab, then tap Recharge (or the coin icon). Choose a coin package or a VIP plan (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly) and complete the in-app purchase securely through Apple App Store or Google Play.
What is VIP and what benefits does it include?
VIP members enjoy unlimited access to all premium episodes during their subscription period, ad-free viewing, and priority access to newly released series.
How do I add a series to my watchlist?
On any series detail page, tap the Bookmark or Follow icon. You can find all your saved series under the Following tab.
Can I watch videos offline?
Offline downloads are not currently supported. A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is required for streaming.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Profile → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, visit the Google Play Help Center. For additional assistance, contact us at support@shortplay.tv.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address. If you signed in with Apple or Google, please reset your password through those platforms.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, please email us at support@shortplay.tv with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address. We will process your request within 7 business days.
